Pastor Bruce Wagner entered ministry in the spring of 1980 and was ordained an elder in the Evangelical Congregational Church in 1983. He earned a Master of Divinity from Evangelical School of Theology (now Evangelical Seminary) in 1983. He has served congregations in Pine Grove, Rock, Allentown, Shamokin, Reading, Conestoga, and Bridgeville (all in eastern Pennsylvania) prior to coming to St. Luke’s. He also served for five years as a Conference Minister in the EC National Conference with responsibility for fifty-five churches.
   Pastor Bruce has taken training in transitional ministry, life coaching, Natural Church Development, the Grip-Birkman process, and Birkman consulting. He has been involved in Conference work in stationing and as a summer camp program director.
   He is available to pastors and congregations as a consultant and as a coach. This fits his personal mission: to pray for revival while he works for church health. He is a coach-trainer for the Grip-Birkman Blueprint and a consultant for Birkman International.
